On June 11, 2019, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued a circular announcing that the third Sunset Review Final Decision on Non-Malleable Cast Iron Pipe Fitting imported from China was made: if the current anti-dumping measures for the products involved were abolished, the import of the products involved would continue or recur at a dumping rate of 75.50%. The coordinated tariff numbers of the products in question are 7307.11.00.30, 7307.11.00.60, 7307.19.30.60 and 7307.19.30.85.

On March 20, 2002, the United States filed an anti-dumping investigation on imported non-malleable iron pipe accessories from China. On February 18, 2003, the United States made a final anti-dumping ruling in this case. On April 7, 2003, the U.S. Department of Commerce began formally imposing anti-dumping duties on the accessories of malleable iron pipes in China. Following the affirmative final ruling of the first sunset review of China's non-malleable cast iron pipe accessories, the United States extended the anti-dumping duty on the products involved in China for the first time on August 15, 2008. Following the affirmative final ruling of the second sunset review of China's non-malleable cast iron pipe accessories, the United States extended the anti-dumping duty on the products involved in China for the second time on February 12, 2014. On February 5, 2019, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued a notice launching the third sunset review investigation on imported non-malleable cast iron pipe accessories from China.
