Steel Mall will not accept returns unless there is a problem with the quality of your purchase, or if it has been damaged. If you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to assist you! Please ensure that you let us know, in as much detail as possible, the problems with your order. Don’t forget to attach pictures of both the packaging and any damage to the products.
