Metalloinvest & Severstal Exchange Experience in Improving Efficiency of Business Processes

Metalloinvest managers visited Severstal’s Cherepovets Steel Mill to exchange experience in the areas of industrial safety, repairs and maintenance of production equipment, digital transformation and improving the efficiency of business processes. Metalloinvest representatives familiarised themselves with Cherepovets Steel Mill’s practices in the fields of labour protection and production automation, and discussed approaches to investment planning, a quality control system, and the challenges of improving corporate culture and social policy. Metalloinvest and Severstal also exchanged experience in developing the Business System, introducing new technologies in production, organising repair services, servicing equipment, manufacturing spare parts and outsourcing technological processes.
