Rio Tinto Iron Ore said in a statement that it has lowered its 2019 shipment forecast for the Pilbara mine on the grounds that it has operational challenges.

The 2019 Pilbara mine shipments are expected to be adjusted to 320 million tons to 330 million tons, compared with the previous forecast of 333 million tons to 343 million tons.
