Colombia made anti-dumping final cuts on China's carbon steel welded pipes

On April 5, 2019, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism of Colombia issued Resolution No. 063 of April 2, 2019 to make an anti-dumping final ruling on a carbon steel welded pipe (Spanish: tubosdeacerosoldadosalcarbono) originating in China with an outer diameter of 16 inches or less. Decided not to impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved. The Colombian customs codes for the products involved are 7306.30.10.00, 7306.30.92.00, 7306.30.99.00, 7306.50.00.00, 7306.61.00.00, 7306.69.00.00 and 7306.90.00.00. The resolution takes effect from the date of publication.
On April 26, 2018, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism of Colombia issued Resolution No. 088 of April 23, 2018 to initiate an anti-dumping investigation on carbon steel welded pipes originating in China. On July 30, 2018, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism of Colombia issued Resolution No. 188 of July 27, 2018 to make an anti-dumping preliminary ruling on carbon steel welded pipes originating in China, and to impose a temporary anti-dumping of 20% FOB price on the products involved. Tax is valid for 6 months. On January 28, 2019, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Tourism of Colombia issued Resolution No. 007 of January 25, 2019, and decided to extend the validity period of the provisional anti-dumping duties imposed on the products involved for three months.
