US International Trade Court recalculates anti-dumping tax rate for oil well pipes produced in Korea

According to the steel industry on the 4th, the US Department of Commerce recalculated the anti-dumping duty rate of Korean oil well pipes according to the judgment of the International Trade Court . The NEXTEEL tax rate was reduced from 29.76% to 3.63%, and other companies were reduced from 16.26% to 3.47%. The steel tax rate was raised from 2.76% to 3.47%, with little change. It is reported that the previous tax rate was too high because the Ministry of Commerce calculated the anti-dumping tax rate according to the "Special Market Conditions (PMS)". In response, Korean companies filed lawsuits with the US International Trade Court. In January this year, the US International Trade Court ruled that the Ministry of Commerce recalculated the relevant tax rate.
