The NEXTEEL tax rate was reduced from 29.76% to 3.63%, and other companies were reduced from 16.26% to 3.47%. The steel tax rate was raised from 2.76% to 3.47%, with little change. It is reported that the previous tax rate was too high because the Ministry of Commerce calculated the anti-dumping tax rate according to the "Special Market Conditions (PMS)". In response, Korean companies filed lawsuits with the US International Trade Court. In January this year, the US International Trade Court ruled that the Ministry of Commerce recalculated the relevant tax rate.
